What is the phone condition?
All our phones are sold in like-new condition, meaning they are in excellent shape with no significant scratches or damage. Note: Some phones may show minor scratches or marks, but these are purely cosmetic and insignificant, not affecting the phone's performance.
What is the Warranty Policy?
All our devices come with a 90-day manufacturing warranty. If any manufacturing issues arise, such as a faulty camera, overheating, or speaker problems, MobileMarket will provide the necessary repairs free of charge, as long as the phone is still under warranty. Please note, the warranty does not cover physical damage and will be voided if there are any signs of such damage, like cracks or dents.
 Will the phone work with my carrier?
Yes! All our phones come unlocked and will work with all carriers. To use an existing plan on your new device insert the sim card into the new phone.
 Has the phone been repaired?
Majority of our phones have not been repaired before. Some of our pre-owned phones have been refurbished. If a phone is refurbished, it means a repair has been made using high-quality aftermarket parts that have been tested for optimal performance. Please note that some refurbished phones may display a notification in the settings indicating that a "Part is not genuine."
 What is the battery health on iPhones?
All our iPhones have a battery health of at least 85% maximum capacity, which is 5% higher than Apple's recommended minimum of 80%. Some models have a capacity higher than 85%.
