At Mobile Market, we are committed to ensuring the quality and reliability of the pre-owned and refurbished cell phones and accessories we sell. Our Warranty Policy outlines the terms under which we offer coverage for defects and malfunctions that may arise after purchase.

1. Warranty Coverage

We offer a limited warranty on all pre-owned and refurbished cell phones purchased from Mobile Market. This warranty covers the following:

  • Manufacturer defects a deviation from the intended quality and specifications of a product that occurs during the manufacturing process
  • Hardware malfunctions not caused by the customer.
  • Battery issues not related to normal wear and tear.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidental drops, misuse, liquid damage, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.) that does not affect the functionality of the device.
  • Normal wear and tear (such as battery degradation over time).
  • Software issues or virus/malware infections.
  • Any issues arising from modifications, jailbreaking, or tampering with the device.

2. Warranty Period

Our limited warranty covers eligible products for 1 year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. 

3. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@mobilemarket.site with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant photos or videos that demonstrate the problem.

  2. Return Authorization: If your claim is approved, we will provide you with  instructions on how to return the item for inspection.

  3. Inspection and Resolution: Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it to determine whether it qualifies for warranty coverage. If the item is found to be defective and covered under our warranty, we will repair or replace the product at no additional cost. If repair or replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund.

4. Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to us for warranty claims. If the item is found to be defective and covered by the warranty, we will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced item back to you.

5. Exclusions

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product. It does not cover products purchased from third-party sellers or unauthorized retailers.

6. Additional Warranties

In some cases, extended warranties or protection plans may be available for purchase at the time of checkout. These additional warranties provide coverage beyond the standard warranty period and may include accidental damage protection. Please review the terms of any extended warranty plan for specific details and exclusions.

7. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mobile Market shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price of the product, as provided in this Warranty Policy.
