Return Policy for Mobile Market

At Mobile Market, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns and provide refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must include all accessories, manuals, and original packing materials.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Items that have been altered, or damaged by the customer.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@mobilemarket.site with your order number, and the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and other materials. Please write the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. 

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@mobilemarket.site We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover any associated shipping costs.

6. Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company first. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@mobilemarket.site for further assistance.
